Looking East North East Both inset thresholds are welI marked. The main marquee, aeroplane parking, check-in facilities, trade stands, car park, enclosure and control tower are all situated parallel with the landing strip to the East of the operational areas. The ground rises towards the East away from the strip which lies on a level plain. Note the relationship between the thresholds, the over-run areas and the defining limits of the public and private roads.
