TITLE: PROPELLERS

Aircraft Applicability: DH82 and DH82A TIGER MOTH

Tiger Moth aircraft are approved to fly with propellers having pitches between 3.52 feet. and 5.5. feet as detailed in CAA Airworthiness Notice No 4.

In cases where the aircraft are to be used for glider or banner towing, it is recommended that the propeller pitch should not be greater than 4.5 feet. in order that advantage may be taken of the increased rate of climb with a fine pitch propeller.
